Dueling Views In Fabrice Tourre’s Civil Fraud Trial
On Wednesday, the jury started deliberating and will have to decide between two dueling views: whether Mr. Tourre is a liar who intentionally cheated investors, as the government claims, or was a junior employee who only did his job, as his defense has argued.
