Law School's Showplace Campus Inspires Raft of Litigation

The Thomas Jefferson School of Law's $90 million, state-of-the-art new building in downtown San Diego opened to much fanfare in 2011. But the sleek, eight-story glass building with an underground parking garage has become a legal headache, spawning lawsuits over alleged construction flaws and unpaid debts.
