Bringing the FCPA Into the Law School Classroom
Michael Koehler of the FCPA Professor blog will teach a course at Southern Illinois University School of Law this semester that he designed specifically to address the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. It is believed to be the first course of its kind, the school said.
