Some Law Firm Cafeterias Clean Up Their Act, While Others Slip
Eighteen months ago, The Am Law Daily reported that dining facilities at four large law firms had failed to make the New York City Department of Health's A-list. A follow-up review shows that all four now make the grade. The news isn't so good at some other firms.
