9/11 Detainees Ask Circuit to Revive Suit Against Top Officials
An attorney for Arab, South Asian and Muslim men swept up in the post-9/11 dragnet and held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center pressed a federal appeals court Thursday to reinstate claims against John Ashcroft and Robert Mueller.
