BNP Paribas’s U.S. Sanctions Settlement: Read the Documents

BNP Paribas SA agreed to pay an unprecedented fine of nearly $9 billion and plead guilty to violating U.S. sanctions against Sudan, Iran and other countries, according to a settlement , as part of a settlement announced Monday by U.S. authorities.
