The latest law firm to hop on the back-office bandwagon is Fish & Richardson P.C., a 400-plus attorney firm known for its expertise in intellectual property and patent litigation. On Tuesday the firm announced that it plans to consolidate its administrative functions in Minneapolis, Minn., where it has had an office for about two decades. The move will cost about $4 million and is projected to save the firm up to $3 million per year after the center’s expected completion in 2015.
