Cases on Securities Fraud, Teeth-Whitening, Prisoner Beards Enter Supreme Court’s Docket
In addition to the security-screening case, the Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear four other new cases covering a wide range of issues, including yet another case dealing with securities class actions as well as ones dealing with the rights of religious inmates to grow beards and the power of states to regulate the burgeoning teeth-whitening industry.
