Judge Blocks Google From Appeal in Gmail Scanning Suit
U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh has refused to allow Google to use a mid-stream appeal to suspend a closely watched privacy class action over email scanning, saying that the "long and tortuous procedural history" of the case demonstrates why further delay is "unwarranted."
