The Minneapolis corporate law firm Mackall, Crounse & Moore announced that it is merging with DeWitt Ross & Stevens in Milwaukee, Wisc.
The new firm will be known as DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore and have more than 100 attorneys (26 from Minneapolis and 81 from Wisconsin.) The news becomes official Nov. 16.
The deal was described as a combination by Bradley Raaths, the president and managing partner of DeWitt Ross’ Madison office. Raaths will also manage the Minneapolis operations. He said the two firms have shared business structures and shared corporate expertise and first met about a decade ago.
“What this does is give both of our firms’ clients a deeper and broader platform to get first rate legal service,” Raaths said.
