Child Sexual Abuse Litigation in the Los Angeles United School District
School should be a safe environment for our children, but in a shocking case in Los Angeles, California, Forrest Stobbe, a teacher at Queen Anne Elementary School, pleaded no contest to continuous sexual abuse of a child.
