The process has begun to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court that will be left by the retirement of Justice Paul Anderson in May.
Governor Mark Dayton has asked the Commission on Judicial Selection to aid in the review and selection process for this vacancy. The at-large members of the commission will consider applications and offer recommendations to Governor Dayton. Dayton and the commission are committed to seeking out individuals who possess great integrity, extensive legal knowledge, broad experience and a commitment to fairness.
