Savannah DA loses retaliation case, owes $270,000

A Georgia federal jury has awarded $270,000 to a woman who said a district attorney retaliated against her after she brought an age and gender discrimination claim against him. The same DA recently won a dismissal of a male employee's separate federal sexual harassment complaint against him.
