How 'He hit me' led to a judge's private rebuke by the JQC

The Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission publicly notified the state Supreme Court in July that it had privately reprimanded a judge implicated by his wife in an assault case that was later dismissed after she refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
