Should Google Have to Scrub Its ‘Autocomplete’ Suggestions?

A Hong Kong court Tuesday ruled that Albert Yeung Sau-shing, chairman of the Emperor Group conglomerate, can sue Google for defamation because its "autocomplete" function suggests searches linking him to organized crime.
