Election night produces mixed results for Am Law lawyers

Winners like Morgan, Lewis & Bockius appellate litigation partner Ted Cruz, who ran for the U.S. Senate in Texas, were offset by losers like former Republican Governor of Wisconsin Tommy Thompson, who stepped down as health care partner at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in January to also run for a Senate seat.
