The U.S. Trustee in New Jersey is requesting a probe into allegations that William Colgan, a principal of CHA, which was a bidder for Christ Hospital, promised to call off a malpractice suit against the hospital's counsel, Warren Martin, and to pay $385,000 in outstanding legal fees, if Martin "fixed" the auction in Colgan's favor.
